Philosophy
 We believe in working hard to provide our guests with a place where they may find peace and a place to rest.
We don’t stand on ceremony; guests both old and new receive a warm and friendly welcome. We are always on hand to offer advice, assistance and help but we will also respect your privacy and your need for a quiet getaway. You will find us flexible, amenable, discreet and willing to assist with some of the smaller things that a larger establishment may not be able to. If something is wrong we will do our best to fix it as soon as we can.If we make a mistake we will strive to rectify it to everyone's satisfaction and learn from it.
As resident owners Castlebank is also our home :we both live and work here.It is not chic boutique or state of the art style, you won't find huge bathrooms with jacuzzis, designer radiators or minimilist decor ( much as we might prefer it sometimes!). Our home is a quirky old Victorian house with a warm ambience which we felt as soon as we arrived and each day we do our best to retain and improve that feeling.We hope you will experience it too.
